Join us in your costume for our Fifth Annual Trunk or Treat community event. We'll have concessions, 50/50 raffle (bring cash!), a trunk decorating raffle, and so much more. To make this event possible, please consider hosting a trunk, volunteering, or donating candy in Candy Wars.
Decorate your vehicle, dress up if you'd like, and pass out treats to our Trunk-or-Treaters! The PTO will provide candy and non-food goodies donated by Alvey students and families, including nut-safe and allergy-friendly options.Families can host a trunk on their own or team up with friends, neighbors, sports teams, Scout troops, teachers, staff, or other groups.🎨 Get Creative!Go all out or keep it simple! Pinterest is full of inspiration, and stores like Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, Target, and Amazon offer ready-made trunk decorating kits.We encourage fun, creative, family-friendly themes appropriate for elementary-aged children and younger. Please remember that gore, horror, and weapons are not permitted.
‍🏆 BONUS: Everyone who hosts a trunk will be entered into a special raffle!You don't have to be crafty or have an elaborate setup—we'd simply love to have your family participate and help fill our parking lot with fun! Spaces are limited, so sign up early!

Please consider donating candy or allergy friendly treats (ie. Skittles, Swedish Fish, Smarties, Sour Patch Kids, Starburst, Dum Dums, etc) for our school's Trunk or Treat event.
Help us make Trunk or Treat extra sweet! From October 13–22, we’re asking Alvey families to donate bags of candy or allergy-friendly treats to help us stock up for our Trunk or Treat celebration on Friday, October 23.
Students can bring donations right into school to give to their teacher— every bag makes a difference! The more we collect, the more treats we can share with our Alvey community. The class with the most candy/treats by weight will win $75 to spend on Amazon on class supplies, games, and more!
